I've spent my life collecting frameworks to understand myself. I realized that understanding wasn't the point. Some things resist it stubbornly. Applying the lessons to intentionally align with genuine self-expression is the work...and I've learned that I can't do it alone. Intellectual understanding must be met with embodiment.
